My recent stay at the Quality Inn & Suites Somerset for Easter was a mixed experience. the staff was nice, check-in was prompt, and the room was clean and spacious. the breakfast spread was satisfying with a variety of options. However, the smell of smoke in the hallway was unpleasant. Despite being a returning guest, this time the experience fell short. the newly refurbished rooms were clean and comfortable, enhancing the overall stay. The hotel offers amenities like a free hot breakfast buffet, free Wi-Fi, and an indoor heated pool and fitness center. With proximity to outdoor activities like golfing and water sports, there are ample recreational opportunities nearby. the hotel staff is always ready to assist, creating a welcoming atmosphere. While the hotel provides essential facilities like complimentary Wi-Fi and a continental breakfast, the overall experience lacked the charm I had previously encountered. the location near entertainment venues and shopping centers is convenient, but the slight smoke odor was a downside. Nevertheless, the clean and comfortable rooms provided a decent stay amidst the mixed experience.
